Products & Pricing
Gold and diamond prices displayed or quoted are subject to change based on prevailing market rates for gold and diamonds at the time of billing, and final pricing is confirmed at the point of sale. Images shown on this website are representative; actual weight, size and finish of a piece may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of jewellery.
Hallmarking & Certification
All gold jewellery sold by us is BIS hallmarked for purity as stated on the invoice. Diamonds are graded and certified prior to setting, and the relevant certificate is provided with your purchase where applicable. Any discrepancy between the hallmark or certificate and the piece received should be reported to us promptly.
Orders & Payment
Full payment, or an agreed advance, is required to confirm an order. We accept payment methods as displayed at our showroom. All applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition to the listed price unless stated as inclusive.
Custom Orders
Custom-designed pieces are made to your specifications and may require an advance payment before work begins. Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started, except where the finished piece does not match the agreed design or specification.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the condition of the piece, presentation of the original invoice, and the specific product category. Please speak with our showroom staff at the time of purchase for the terms applicable to your item, as these may vary between ready-made and custom pieces.
Repairs & Servicing
We offer repair and refurbishment services for jewellery, whether originally purchased from us or elsewhere. Estimated timelines and charges will be communicated before work begins. We take reasonable care of items left with us for repair, but our liability is limited to the assessed value of the item as agreed at drop-off.
